The company has a 3D laser pipe cutting machine and a 12000 watt laser sheet cutting machine, which can cut up to a maximum sheet thickness of 40mm.

The new high-performance CNC bending machine has a maximum processing length of 4 meters, high precision, easy operation, and meets various processing needs.

The fully automatic CNC pipe bending machine can achieve a maximum bending size of 5 inches, with automated loading and unloading and high-precision bending, greatly improving the efficiency and consistency of large pipe diameter processing.

To meet diverse stamping needs, we are equipped with high-speed pneumatic punching machines, large tonnage hydraulic presses, and precision CNC punching machines. Capable of flexibly responding to stringent process requirements ranging from large quantities of standard parts to precise and complex structures, ensuring excellent quality.

We have established a large-scale riveting professional production line and have 8 high-performance riveting machines. Multi machine collaborative operation can be carried out to easily handle large-scale riveting tasks, ensuring stable production capacity and efficient delivery.

High precision laser welding is used to ensure the structural strength and sealing of key connection parts. Non contact processing ensures no deformation of the workpiece, uniform and consistent weld quality, and achieves excellent product quality.

Adopting advanced robot welding system, the welding path is precise and the repeatability is strong. It can achieve high-strength continuous welds at complex angles, greatly improving the reliability and safety of structural components. It can operate continuously and efficiently 24 hours a day, increasing production capacity.

Eliminate defects, optimize appearance, and ensure surface consistency of the product through standardized polishing processes, laying the foundation for subsequent surface treatment processes.

The company will build an electrophoretic powder coating line in 2024. The coating formed by cathodic electrophoresis is dense and uniform, with no dead corners covering, providing long-term rust and corrosion protection, extending product service life. The coating surface is smooth and flat, and can be directly used as a primer to avoid product whitening.

To meet the diversified needs of product appearance and protection, our company is equipped with advanced automated electrostatic powder coating production lines. Support spot color customization and personalized effect development, which can accurately meet customers' specific requirements for color, texture, and functionality.

We have established a comprehensive quality inspection system that runs through the entire process of raw materials, manufacturing, and finished products. By using professional measuring tools and testing equipment, implementing strict standards, and forming a closed-loop quality management from prevention to correction, we ensure the "zero defect" delivery of products.

Three efficient packaging lines work together with automatic screening machines and parts packaging machines to improve shipping efficiency and accuracy, ensuring that each product is quickly sorted and neatly packaged.
